Rates: $175 an hour for two movers and a truck, $239 for three, gear included. Flat bands run up to $2,020 to $2,980 for a three-bedroom and $2,880 to $4,260 for a four-bedroom house. A $150 deposit holds your date and applies to the total, with a written estimate and the CPUC booklet first.
