Local rate is $175 an hour for two movers and a truck, $239 for three, gear included. Flat-rate bands run from $470 for a studio up through $2,880 to $4,260 for a four-bedroom estate. Specialty items like a piano start at $399. A $150 deposit locks your date and applies to the total, and you get a written estimate plus the state moving booklet before anything is signed.

FAQ

We're behind a gate with an HOA — what do you need from us?
Mostly the gate code or a heads-up to the guard, plus any HOA rules about move hours or which entrance to use. We sort that out when we book so the crew isn't stuck at the callbox. For the estates off Louise and Amestoy we also confirm where a full-size truck can legally stage near the drive.
Do you move pianos and artwork out of the bigger Encino homes?
Yes. Pianos start at $399 and we bring the right dolly and padding for it. For art and fragile high-value pieces we recommend full-value protection on top of the standard $0.60-per-pound coverage, and we'll crate or blanket-wrap as the piece needs.
It's just a one-bedroom condo move off Ventura — is hourly cheaper?
Usually, for a short in-town move. Two movers and the truck are $175 an hour, so a compact one-bedroom going a mile or two often beats a flat rate. We'll quote it both ways and you take whichever is lower.
